A fresh and colorful Mediterranean Salad packed with healthy vegetables and delicious flavors, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers, chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
